Works great. Fits well

Nearly perfect.

The minimal, ambidextrous design is fantastic and it works really well. But. It's just a smidge too wide to attach to Molle webbing which makes it unusable for all of my applications other than a belt. Which is a shame.

I wanted to clarify your question regarding MOLLE compatibility.

The Micro Holster is fully MOLLE-compatible, but sometimes needs to be used in conjunction with a standard MOLLE strap. To mount it this way, you simply weave the strap through the existing webbing and then slide the Micro Holster onto that strap. This method creates a rock-solid, low-profile mount without adding unnecessary bulk; This is the exact setup we rely on for our own Fire/EMS gear and trauma bags during daily field use.

If it would be helpful, we can send you a quick demo video or photos showing this specific mounting method. You can see it mounted like this in a lot of our YouTube videos. Once mounted this way, the versatility of the holster is significantly increased.

Can’t go without them

The 7.5” shears and micro holster make working in the Emergency Department a breeze. Can be used for a variety of jobs and overcome any obstacles!

Love the low profile.

Both the leather and Kydex holsters that I’ve tried for carrying my shears are always too bulky and forever getting hung up on seatbelts and such. The micro is the trauma shear carrier that I always wanted. Super low-profile, when I put my shears on my belt it sucks them right up on my hip so they aren’t hanging up on everything. I take my shears out when I’m wearing turnouts (and put them in my jacket pocket), the micro sheath is barely noticeable on my belt.
