LOVE Them

Love these shears! I've used them in the ER and urgent care and I have not had a problem at all. sometimes we used the fiberglass material to splint and it cuts it like butter. I did noticed I do have to clean them with a blade after to get the material off but it comes off easily. they are definitely bulky compared to others but I still love them!

The Best

I left handed and have had issues finding trauma shears that will work. I have been in EMS for 35 years and XShears are the best I have ever used or had. Proud owner of both these and a matching pair of the Minis.

Cuts like a hot knife through butter

Working with some thicker and tougher materials in my medical clinic, I needed a trauma shears that could handle the job. I had tried several other brands which were cheaper but should have been able to work. They did not do the job sufficiently. First time I used these shears on Ortho-glass, they cut through the layers of fiberglass ans surrounding padding like cutting a single piece of paper. Very pleased thus far!
