I am a lieutenant at a busy Fire Department. I don’t leave the station without my xshears in my pocket. I’ve cut everything from wires to motorcycle jackets and seatbelts. These are the best shears you can get period. Had them for a year and they are still perfect. The soft holder fits in an open top cargo pocket perfectly. If you aren’t sure just buy them and see. Great folks that stand behind what they sell.

I have been using these shears for over a year, and they are still absolutely sharp and cut through whatever I need to get through at work. Whether it’s thick jeans, to boots, the cut it all. I recommend these to anyone who works in an ER or is a first responder.

I work in an ER and a tech. Have had these for 6 months (I just lost my pair but buying another as we speak).These things can cut through everything! Ski pants, heavy jackets, work boots don't stand a chance. While most of the ER nurses have raptors, there's is no need to have all those bells and whistles in the ER. By the time they have unfolder their sheers, I have already cut what needed to be cut. Would highly recommend these to everyone.

After tons of research by myself and my partner, I settled on these shears. I am so glad I did. I am a Patient Care Tech in a busy ER, and these shears are absolutely amazing. They stand up to anything. Even coworkers love using my shears. I have bunched up fabric and sliced through, I have even been able to hold fabric taught and slice all the way up. Whatever the task, they hold up. Best shears I have bought. Hands down.

I am para of a volunteer rescue squad here in Tijuana Mexico. All of our members use them, I have three my self. I love the blues ones and the new fully black color! They ripped jackets cables and almost through anything. I really recomend them!

I've been using these for about a year now... and boy are they heavy duty! I work as flight nurse/occasional ER shift in a busy downtown Level 1 Trauma center. These bad boys were able to cut through a house arrest ankle monitor like it was tissue paper! I honestly have yet to find something that these DON'T cut through. I love the rubberized hand grip, as it makes for a comfortable fit.

If you get these you will most likely never need another pair of trauma shears. They are extremely well built. If you are looking for something lightweight these are not what you are looking for though they are beefy.

If I need trauma shears, my go to are the Leatherman Raptors. But I’m not rich, so these shears are hands down the best and most affordable that I know of. Buying more now for my car trauma kit!
