I love your shears. They do exactly what they are supposed to. Deploy quickly, cut everything we ask of them without complaining. I far prefer over my Raptors. Why do you need a strap cutter when you have trauma shears? Also a lot easier to clean. Winter coats, seat belts, jeans, boots, nylon night gowns cut easily. Perfect.
Great trauma shears, does the job very well. These are probably the best trauma shears I have found so far. Highly recommend them to anyone in EMS, or anyone who just wants amazing trauma shears.
I received a pair as a gift years ago, early in my career as a paramedic. I still have the same set and they function beautifully. Great quality and sharp. I’m amazed they haven’t bent being worn at the back of my belt. Easy to clean and simple design. If you lend them to someone make sure you get them back asap!
Best scissors I ever used. Goes through anything like guillotine. Doesn't matter if it's thick, multi-layer clothing (example: cutting shirt/t-shirt rolled up during CPR), boots, anything - 1-2 snaps and you're through. We did comparison on roll of elastic bandage: Raptors needed about 3-5 cuts to go through, XShear only 1 cut. Also easy to clean, simple construction, not that much to break. Recommended to me by HEMS paramedics, now I'm recommending it to my friends in the field or hospital.
These are excellent. I've bought several pairs for myself and as gifts. This pair went to a new EMT. She has a whole career ahead of her, these should be in service a long time. Very high quality.
