Not compatible with other manufacturers or shears. Not Optimized with the XShear Mini. 

Please Note: Due to slight variations in the thickness of the shear center bolt, this product requires a break-in period. Slide the shears in and out a couple dozen times to achieve a smoother fit.  It is also helpful to rock the shears slightly into place following the curve of the blade. Does not retain very well.

Would be good for mounting on a bag, I would not suggest keeping on your person as the shears are prone to fall off without too much effort. Lost my shears on a call after it had fallen multiple times before.

Too new...

I got one just to touch it. Solid plastic, fixed position. I tried rear carry, couldn't put shears back in the carrier. Front carry horizontal only. Right or lefty. An improvement would be the ability to swivel to other positions such as vertical carry.
