Great quality & retention

I’ve had this holster for maybe 4 months now, I work full time EMS in ne of the bigger cities in Missouri. I’ve never had an issue with my shears falling out on scene, even at night when I forget to take them off they always stay in place. They don’t slide around on my belt hardly either.
