Love this so much better than the plastic one for when I am in the hospital. Much more comfortable.

Fits perfectly in my scrubs. Like a gun holster for trauma shears.

Good idea, needs work

When this was new, it worked well at retaining my shears. But as it broke in, I noticed a flaw: the rubberized handles on the shears would "grab" onto my clothes, and before long, my shears would work their way out of the holster and fall onto the floor. Not what you want to have happen when you're working a trauma code, even in a hospital. Maybe some kind of retention spring or something would help. The shears are really nice, and they've upped my game. Now, XShear needs to up its game in the holster department. Right now, for the money, there are other options out there.
